CUCUMBER • 3 Slices
EDIBLE ROSE WATER • 3 Sprays
JUNIPER BERRIES • 3 Berries
SALT • 1 gr
PEPPER • 2 gr
SODA WATER • 3 gr

STEPS OF PREPARATION

1 Make cucumber slices using a slicer.

2 In a shaker, mash two slices of cucumber and the juniper berries. Add the gin, a pinch of salt, the pepper,and two of sprays rose water.

3 Pour the mix in your cocktail glass and add ice cubes.

4 Complete your drink with soda water. Use the rose spray to diffuse it on the glass.
