VODKA • 3 cl
MEZCAL • 2 cl
VANILLA SYRUP AND BLACK TEA  • 2,5 cl
VERJUICE • 1,5 cl

Cinnamon stick

STEPS

1  Make a 60cl vanilla and black tea syrup: in a container, brew 30g of black tea, 50cl of vanilla syrup with 10cl of water for 6 hours at room temperature.

2  Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass, stir for 10 seconds, pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
